Urgent Care Visit
A 15-20 minute visit regards acute illnesses such as UTI’s, upper respiratory infections, sick visits, allergies, rashes, back sprain/strain, tick bites, etc. Medication if prescribed is sent to a retail pharmacy for same day pickup and is NOT included in the cost. Most medications prescribed during this visit are under $10 (with or without insurance).

Follow up Visit
A 20-30 minute visit following up on a chronic medical condition or follow up from prior visit. This can entail reviewing lab work results, following up on management of a chronic disease, tailoring health care plans, medication renewals. This does NOT include the cost of your medications unless previously discussed with the provider. Medication prescriptions will be sent for 3-6 months at a time. (Controlled substances will only be sent for 30 days at a time in regulations of NYS guidelines)

Comprehensive physical exam
Recommended annually- includes a complete head to toe practitioner guided exam, medication reconciliation, a comprehensive blood work panel with review of lab work afterwards, screenings appropriate for age group, and general counseling for health and wellness.
Please note our practice is cash only, no insurance will be utilized for our appointments. Any blood work or imaging will be run through your insurance and patients may or may not receive a bill from their chosen laboratory. Blood work nor imaging have any correlation with our practice’s billing policy as it is insurance dependent or self-pay at the time of services being rendered
